Lens & Living (KBN Lens Living Group (Pty) Ltd, registration number 2025/803864/07) respects your privacy and processes personal information in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (POPIA).

What we collect

Your name, email address, phone number, billing and delivery addresses, and order history. We also collect basic technical data, such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, through cookies. Card details are handled by our payment provider; we never see or store them.

Why we collect it

To process and deliver your orders, provide support and warranty assistance, meet our legal and tax obligations and, only if you opt in, send you marketing emails.

Who we share it with

We share information only with service providers that help us run the store, and only as far as each needs it:

• Couriers, to deliver your order
• Yoco, to process card payments
• Our website hosting provider
• Google (Analytics and Ads), to measure how the site is used and show our ads

We never sell your personal information.

Cookies

We use cookies to keep your cart working, understand how the site is used and measure our advertising. You can block cookies in your browser settings, and you can opt out of personalised Google ads at adssettings.google.com.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for as long as tax law requires (currently 5 years). Other information is deleted when it is no longer needed.

Our website uses SSL encryption, and access to customer data is limited to people who need it to serve you.

Your rights
