A solid steel adaptor that lets lights and accessories with a 16mm baby receiver mount on heavy-duty stands, TV clamps and turtle-base C-stands fitted with a 28mm junior receiver. Both ends are male studs — the 28mm junior end drops into the stand, the 16mm baby stud takes the fixture. Crew also know it as a butt plug, or a 750-to-2K spigot.
